These Terms govern the use of yangu.tours and travel assistance and services offered under the Yangu Tours brand. Yangu Tours is operated by Yangu Digital Ventures Limited, a company registered in Uganda.

Yangu Tours provides travel discovery, booking facilitation, travel-management services, customer support, and access to travel products supplied by independent third-party providers.

Travel Providers may impose their own booking, cancellation, change, refund, baggage, check-in, no-show, schedule-change, insurance, and other terms. Those conditions apply in addition to these Terms.

Travel prices and availability may change without notice and are not guaranteed until confirmed. Additional supplier charges, taxes, baggage fees, resort fees, or payment fees may apply.

Cancellation, amendment, credit, and refund eligibility is determined by the rules for the relevant booking and Travel Provider. Yangu Tours cannot guarantee the amount or timing of a refund controlled by a third party.

Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, permits, travel authorizations, vaccination certificates, and other required travel documents.

Yangu Tours strongly recommends appropriate travel insurance. Travelers are responsible for the information supplied for bookings, including names and dates.

Yangu Tours is not responsible for disruptions caused by independent Travel Providers or events outside its reasonable control, including delays, cancellations, overbooking, strikes, weather, border closures, natural disasters, or force-majeure events.

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party processors or booking providers. Users must not use Yangu Tours for fraud, unauthorized purchases, unlawful activity, abuse, or system interference.

Bookings completed through https://booking.yangu.tours may additionally be governed by terms presented by the applicable booking technology provider and Travel Provider.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Unresolved disputes concerning Yangu Digital Ventures Limited shall be referred to arbitration seated in Kampala, Uganda.
